In a job where concurrent builds are enabled, and publish to blobstore is enabled, newer concurrent builds cannot complete before the older ones do, because jclouds publish to blobstore will hang with (this is on build #64 by the way). Once build #63 completes, it will continue on and finish the job. The concurrent builds are completely unrelated, on separate single-user slaves, and of course should not be hanging for each other.
