kzantow built a sample (but legit) plugin for Jenkins world. I thought it may be worth investigating if this could be HOSTED as a real plugin, and then used as a binary dependency of the ATH run (ie not part of main blue ocean build). 

This will act as a canary when some kind of extensibility breaks.
