VS2017 and latest stable jenkins build (as of 24 September 2017).
the framework version literals supplied by the plugin are not recognized by the latest version of vstest.
E.g., from the command prompt /Framework:Framework45 will work-- /Framework:framework45 will not.
Workaround: select Other as the Framework version checkbox and specify the needed capitalization in the text field.
