[JENKINS-47082] Framework version literals not compatible with latest version of vstest

Description

New: the framework version literals supplied by the plugin are not recognized by the latest version of vstest. E.g., from the command prompt /Framework:Framework45 _will work_-- /Framework:framework45 _will not._   _Workaround:_  select _Other_ as the Framework version checkbox and specify the needed capitalization in the text field.
