Jenkins LTS and Kubernetes Plugin v1.0
Description
It appears the ContainerEnvVar and PodEnvVar dir have been depricated from resources,but the UI components are still trying to use them so the buttons to add pod and container environment variables are unresponsive.

I commented on this as well back when it was released - https://github.com/jenkinsci/kubernetes-plugin/pull/162#issuecomment-323867030
I can confirm a possible work around code early next week.
