Test scenario can't be started if deactivated sripts are included.

      Description

      If a test scenario is started that contains deactivated test scripts, the build crashes with an error like: "RPC server can't be started".

      This error is really confusing. Deactivated test scripts should be ignored.

          We are trying to reproduce this on our side but we are not sure we know exactly your use case. Can you provide us your scenario file or a screenshot of how you have defined your scripts in the Controller?
