Jenkins does not poll anotated tag correctly. Stuck on build loop

      Centos 7

      Jenkins does not correctly track changes when annotated tag created.

      It always seeing changes as compare revision hashes which belongs to tag and tag^{}. So they sure different and then it run build.

      Git plugin in Job configured with following:

      Refspec: +refs/tags/ci

      Branch Specifier: refs/tags/ci

      Honor refspec on initial clone: checked
