Support for choosing BitBucket mirror for checkout in Team/Organization project

      Description

We are using the mirroring solution in BitBucket,

The Jenkins instance is located in one of the mirrored sites.

When using this plugin, we are forced to clone/fetch/push into the Bitbucket master. This link is very slow, and makes all our generated pipelines to perform very poor.

      Wanted:

      • In the same Team/Organization project, scan for repositories from the master and perform git operations towards one of the mirrors.

We need support in this plugin to specify which Bitbucket server to use for all git operations.

          Hi guys,

could you provide some feedback on this? Lack of mirror support is a big performance issue for all pipelines. I can't imagine configuring the whole Bitbucket project just by myself and not using this awesome plugin only because its not supporting smart mirrors.

Hello. Our organization is also interested in having the option to select a Bitbucket Mirror when specifying an SCM source as a secondary use case.

The Bitbucket Server Integration plugin already supports this feature but not multi-branch pipelines.

The Bitbucket Server Integration plugin already supports this feature but not multi-branch pipelines.

Bitbucket Server Integration supports multi-branch pipelines since version 1.1.0, but not yet pull requests (JENKINS-60342 and JENKINS-63672) and lightweight checkout (JENKINS-63033), so it is not a viable replacement in all projects.
