Description

Original: The tfs plugin is generating wrongly the changeset link to Visual Studio Team Services  The plugin in generate this link: https://***.visualstudio.com/projectname/_versionControl/changeset{color:#ff0000}?id=10210{color} Instead of this https://***.visualstudio.com/projectname/_versionControl/changeset{color:#ff0000}/10210{color}

I hope we will have time in the next couple of weeks to release a new version of the plugin. There are several fixes that we need to get out.
