This has been fixed in git already.
We have also run into this (or a similar) issue. For both aws-ec2 and google-compute-engine we are unable to set either an init script or user-data script. We have JClouds user data (yaml) and JClouds user data (shell script) (plus other types) in Config File Management but the Init Script and User-data lists do not display any options and we're therefore unable to select anything.
We're running JClouds 2.14, Config File Provider 2.18 and Jenkins 2.107.1

I've installed a recent SNAPSHOT release 7301897 the list in Init Script is listing the options but the User-data list is showing "Not supported with jclouds and this provider." for both "aws-ec2" and "google-compute-engine". I seem to be able to work around the issue editing the config.xml directly.
