Allow disabling per-stage/branch JUnit tracking

      We should add an option to disable per-stage/branch JUnit distinctions. I'm not sure yet whether that should be "ignore all stages/branches" or "ignore the closest enclosing stage/branch", i.e., to support usage of parallel-test-executor without things getting ugly.
