Checking checkboxes in global settings removes influxdb targets

      Checking checkboxes out of their default value in the global configuration removes targets from the target list. Only the first target remains and the next targets are deleted. The first target receives the removed target's checkbox values.

          According to http://jenkins-ci.361315.n4.nabble.com/Klocwork-Plugin-checkbox-inside-f-repeatable-jelly-tag-td4634804.html this same issue also happens with other plugins and have been around since 2012. So not InfluxDB plugin issue.
