Change optioal plugins to be actually optional

      Currently Jenkins installs all "optional" plugins of this one.

      It is a really big hassle that this plugins installs loads of plugins we don't even use.

       

      Please change the code to actually use plugins optionally

          Just to make sure: are you using plugin version 1.13? The plugins were marked as optional to 1.13 and were required before that.

          I could not reproduce this issue with the newest plugin version.

          Ah, the bug seems to be, that upgrading to 1.13 doesn't "release" the dependencies (I was unable to uninstall because they claimed to be dependent of this plugin).

           

          Uninstalling influxdb-plugin and then the previous dependencies solved the issue

          Closing issue. Documentation enhanced to clarify that changing required dependencies to not-requires plugin re-installation.
