Selection box for Ivy settings not initialized from current settings

      When installing the Ivy plugin for Hudson and, in a job configuration, enabling
      "Trigger the build of other projects based on the Ivy dependency management
      system", you get a select box where you can select the Ivy settings file to use.

      Setting this select box and pressing apply has the desired effect, but opening
      the Job configuration page again does not show the correct selection in the
      selectbox.

      This has as downside that when you change another option and press apply, you
      can inadvertently also change the Ivy Settings option.

      Observed with Hudson 1.332 and Ivy plugin 0.3

          This was fixed by tbingaman in r21083 (2009-08-25), but has not been released yet. I'm releasing ivy plugin v0.4 now so you can get this fix.
