BUILD_ID is set to 'dontKillMe' instead of the build number

      This behavior is not present in versions of the plugin earlier and including v2.1.3

      Several of our jobs that were using BUILD_ID in creating unique folder/file names etc broke

          [JENKINS-49052] BUILD_ID is set to 'dontKillMe' instead of the build number
