Support for Simple Theme Plugin in Blue Ocean

      When you create a theme modification using "Simple theme plugin" and you go inside Blue Ocean the changes disappear.

      Blue Ocean should have support for Simple theme plugin.

          We may not have direct support for this plugin but we do intend to allow people to override the colors etc used in the Blue Ocean theme as per JENKINS-44466
