[JENKINS-49527] Use Global rule Parsing is not working

jenkins version : 2.93

Log parser plugin 2.0

Under jenkins server->Manage Jenkins->Configure System, i have done as below:

While Job creation, i have selected global parsing, as below:

After deploying the job, use global rule parsing option is not working but use project rule is working.

Parsed console output is showing as below:

ERROR: Failed to parse console log

java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: /var/lib/jenkins/parser
