[JENKINS-49548] Add a BO test for the ATH

Given how critical is BO for the Jenkins ecosystem we need to run some BO check for core in the essentials fork.

This ticket is for deciding which check and implement it if needed

Decide if we should use the current BO ATH or increase coverage of the "normal" ATH
If we want to increase coverage of the "normal" ATH implement the check there
