Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Get the last version of Jenkins an install the Folders plugin
- Create a folder at root level
- Create an empty job at root level
- Inside the folder, create a new global view ("Include a global view")
- In newly created view, you will see the jobs at root level but when you try to click on one of them you will get a 404.
