When using dynamic nodes, polling the SCM means that there is no available workspace when all nodes are offline. This triggers an extra build (and starts a node) just to poll the SCM.
It would be great to either:
- have the option to only poll the SCM on the master, or
- (even better) be able to specify node labels on which the SCM polling can run
