Showing only Jenkinsusers in Assignee Selectbox

      At the moment, I assume that the assignee selectbox is showing a list of all Jenkins users as well as all auto-created users with no direct Jenkins access. Therefore, it would be nice to have the possibility to show only Jenkins users.
