HP ALM Plugin - allow adding a custom result file in the External Test Type

      Today when using the HP ALM Plugin "upload results" capability, the user can only indicate the results xml.

      I would like to be able to indicate an additional result file which will be uploaded to ALL the ALM External Test Type runs.

      I prefer that the file will be uploaded once and the runs will have links to this file instead of uploading it couple of times. (this can be a parameter as well)
