It should be possible to skip sources checkout either on master or on slaves

      Use-case 1:

      Source checkout/update on master is sometimes useless and takes time. It should be possible to skip checkout on master (and do it only per-configuration).

      Use-case 2:

      Do checkout only on master, per-configuration builds use master source directory (via NFS/SMB + custom workspace) and do not perform checkout.
