Workspace Whitespace Replacement Plugin not working on Jenkins ver. 2.107.2

      Your plugin https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Workspace+Whitespace+Replacement+Plugin no longer works.

       

      I am using jenkins version 2.107.2. 

       

      Plugin is installed however new projects and existing projects all have spaces in their workspace directory name.

          CC batmat who was working on workspaces recently.
          After a quick look I see no particular reason why it should have stopped working.

          oleg_nenashev I think you are referring to https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/3364, but then it's not even merged yet, so cannot be a potential cause.
