Unable to connect to REST service

      Hello team,

      We are trying to integrate JIRA and Jenkins, but, we see the following error:

      Although, if we just access the URL: https://stagingacc01-test.accenture.com/jira/rest/api/latest/issue/JD-1 we are able to see the code.

      Is there any configuration we are missing?
