It would be great to make the plugin configurable via https://github.com/jenkinsci/configuration-as-code-plugin . Most likely it does not require dependency on the plugin, because the CasC Plugin can resolve symbol annotations.

Acceptance criteria:

• Global configuration can be configured via CasC
• Agents can be configured via CasC
