[JENKINS-51486] Cannot upgrade to 2.123 version

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade jenkins from 2.120 to 2.123 and I'm getting error below:

I realised that jenkins.war is missing inside the folder 2.123 in mirror URL.

Please fix asap.
