Add Usage references for approvals in Script Security

      Just a follow-up to the discussion with one of Jenkins users.

      When managing approved methods and scripts in Script security, as a user I would like to see where the approved patterns are being used (in which jobs/libs) so that I could periodically review approvals and do the cleanup.
