Description
This code in TryBlueOceanMenu was a bad attempt to workaround an issue that was actually in core that was not investigated.
That issue was filed and fixed (JENKINS-51584) and so now this hack can be completely simplified. (when BO uses a baseline that includes the upstream fix)
