REST API for getting groups list

      I want to create list of available groups in my Jenkins setup.  both locally created (jenkins groups) and LDAP group.

          Jenkins Core itself does not manage Groups.
          Security realm and Authorization strategy plugins do that.

          I am tentatively assigning it to LDAP, but I suggest creating a separate ticket for "locally created (jenkins groups)", not sure which plugin you are using

          In order to set proper expectation, I have unassigned Kohsuke from this tickets.
          Currently there is no Default assignee in the LDAP plugin, any contributions will be appreciated.
