locally created groups (jenkins groups)

      i want to generate locally created groups for audit purpose. 

      this below API generates admin users and groups list 

      https://***jenkins**.**.com/qajoc100/groups/Administrators/

      i am seeing locally created groups in each folder/project/job ... is there any API which provide all locally created groups list.
