Tests fail sometimes depending on the order

      The current test suite is buggy in the sense that if AntTargetAnnotationTest is executed before AntWrapperTest, the second one will fail due to the change in the configuration of AntTargetNote.ENABLED made in AntTargetAnnotationTest.
