Support for git bash under windows

      We use a windows jenkins slave where the git for windows usr/bin folder is added to %PATH% so the jenkins slave finds a sh command.

      The withMaven step does not work anymore as expected, so it does not add the mvn path from the tool settings, does not append --batch -V or anything else it should do.
