INFO level logs too noisy in anchoreengine mode

      Plugin logs polling attempts against anchore-engine waiting for the analysis to complete at INFO level. This results in noisy build logs especially for images that take longer to be scanned. Log the polling attempts at DEBUG level. May be even consider a new plugin parameter to execute the plugin in quiet mode
