[JENKINS-52430] Connect slave to master through HTTPS REST API

Context:

Jenkins Master hosted in a secured environment: only incoming HTTP requests are allowed through RP+Firewall
Jenkins Slaves are hosted on private VMs not exposed to Master, but slaves can contact Master through HTTPS connection

It would be great that slave can connect to master through a simple REST API (on same endpoint - host:ip/context - than Jenkins Master UI)
