Jenkins v2.118, Java 1.8.0_172, Apache Jmeter 3.1, HP Load Runner 1260(BetaVersion)
Unable to install HP Automation Tools plug in 5.4
At the same time, trying to upgrade "Jenkins New version of Jenkins (2.134)" taking long time (more than 1hour) still "In Progress" to upgrade. Restarted forcefully again trying to update which is not happening
Due to this I could not able to use HP Automation Tools Plug in
Showing lot of errors to fix in the Jenkins web page

I tried to upgrade the Jenkins from the provided link. I am getting an error.

vikrambrqacoe, it says "Caused by: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: bind". It means that Jenkins or any other process that is already listening to the port 8080 that is already running.
You need to disable the Jenkins service before or any other service conflicting with this.

vikrambrqacoe, I suggest using LTS versions instead of those you mentioned.
When I tried to install the plugin on 2.118 or any plugins it says: "Warning: This plugin requires dependent plugins that require Jenkins 2.121.1 or newer. Jenkins will refuse to load the dependent plugins requiring a newer version of Jenkins, and in turn loading this plugin will fail.".
So your first priority will be to update to 2.121.1 which is LTS version. (I think this link supplies it: [LINK|http://updates.jenkins-ci.org/download/war/2.121/jenkins.war)]
If you still failing to install the Jenkins itself, it seems like an error in Jenkins and not in the plugin and I'll add the component of 'core' as well to this issue.
