Add support for API KEY authentication for cloudfoundry plugin

      Our organization wants to use two factor authentication to access the IBM Cloud and push Cloudfoundry Apps. This would require using an API KEY for authentication. However the cloudfoundry Jenkins Plugin only supports email/password credentials.
