Plugins and Core versions are redacted when they have 4 groups of digits

      Because of the anonymisation of the bundle, the core and plugins version in about.md can be redacted.

      This is particularly true with custom release which could have 4 groups of digits.

          Workaround would be to override shouldBeFiltered() to return false in AboutJenkins.AboutContent.

          jvz I disagree on that. The Jenkins URL, which is present in about.md file should be redacted. URLs and IP must me redacted. Usernames must be redacted. Not one file or another.
