    Description

      The JIRA Pipeline Steps Plugin version 1.4.3 only allows global configuration for authentication at Manage Jenkins > Configure System > JIRA Steps

      We use Role-based access control to folders and projects with a combination of the Folders Plugin and Role-based Authorization Strategy Plugin. Project owners depend on plugins allowing use of the withCredentials Pipeline step for authentication.
