          Note: challenging to add this option because we have to pass the option from the "withMaven" wrapping step to the "DownstreamPipelineTriggerRunListener". We already do it for dependencies with the "ignoreUpstreamTriggers" attribute that we store in the DB (to pass it from the "withMaven" wrapping step to the "DownstreamPipelineTriggerRunListener".)
