Implement pipeline support in CppNCSS plugin

      The CppNCSS plugin does not support pipeline at the moment, it would be nice if someone with sufficient knowledge could fix this,

      While the original complexity tool CppNCSS is probably not much used anymore, this plugin also supports code complexity metrics produced by [Lizard|lizard.ws], so it is still relevant. Possibly in the future it may support other code complexity tools.
