[JENKINS-54235] Parameterized scheduler not triggering daily builds

I want my pipeline to build every day at a particular time. So, I have configured the "Build periodically with parameters" field as below

20 06 24 10 1,2,3,4,5,6,0 %name=test; date="2018-08-21 00:00:00.000"

The job triggers the build for the first time only and didn't repeat it every day.

Jenkins version: 2.137

Parameterized Scheduler Plugin: 0.6.2
