/api/v3/groups for Jenkins Enterprise 11 return 

{"error":"API V3 is no longer supported. Use API V4 instead."}

Tried to enter api link manually in the configuration page then login page api in the code shows /api/v4/api/v3/groups

Any way to force use API V4?

Also found that /api/v3/user still works for Gitlab Enterprise 11.

/api/v4/user and /api/v4/groups both works find in Gitlab Enterprise 11.
