Currently it is possible to limit the executions of a matrix job per parent and per configuration.

It would be useful to be able to limit the amount of executed configurations, so that, for example, I can limit a matrix job with 8 configurations to execute only 4 of them in parallel.

Currently I found no way to achieve that.
