Add Jenkins build for audit log plugin

      After migrating to the jenkinsci organization as in JENKINS-54320, a Jenkinsfile should be added to run automated tests. This should only require a minimal buildPlugin() style Jenkinsfile as with most Jenkins plugins. By setting this up, we will be able to remove the Travis setup and have automated testing of pull requests for faster feedback.
