[MC 3.0] [Jenkins Plugin 5.6] Use proxy settings cannot be disalbe.

      Go to Job page:

      1.click on Mobile center options

      2.enable user proxy settings input correct proxy server ip

      3.open the MC wizard everything workfine

      4.chang the proxy server to a invalid one.

      5.disable the proxy settings by untickle the checkbox

      6.open the MC wziard

      Actual:

      1.Open MC wizard failed.
