Pull-Request Action Details gone after restarting Jenkins

      When using VSTS Service Hooks integration with Jenkins, the Pull-Request Details will only persist until Jenkins is being restarted.

      The problem is, that relevant parts of the Service Hook Payload are not actually serialized into build.xml.
