Upstream and Downstream columns are not displaying properly

      When I upgraded from Jenkins 1.144 to 1.146 the Upstream and Downstream columns no longer displayed properly (see attached image).

       

      The page source shows '&lt;' where I think a '<' should be (see attached source).
