Matrix build filter should mark (highlight) unused configs

      It would be nice that filtered out builds in the configuration matrix be noted out as such: remove the ball from the matrix for example.

      Currently filtered out builds appear as failed (red ball) or grey ball.

      Eventually, would it be possible to have a tick box like UI to choose configurations thatwe want to execute? Though i suppose the current implementation wont make this simple to obtain.
