Failed to read a test report file

      I am created a freestyle project on jenkins which perform some actions and created a xml file based on that actions.In the section Publish JUnit test result report I am given the name of generated xml file.When I build job Jenkins marked as UNSTABLE.And error says that Failed to read test report file D:\Jenkins\jenkinsHome\workspace\TestGcovr\report.xml.Why is it failed to read?Is it because of my generated .xml file?
