Configure "Job Configuration History" plugin with "Configuration as Code"

          I tried giving this a shot but it looks like the parent needs updated to at least 3.0 for configuration-as-code to be compatible, which is likely its own story in and of itself.

          Comment [ I tried giving this a shot but it looks like the parent needs updated to at least 3.0 for configuration-as-code to be compatible. A lot of things break (mostly test failures) when jumping to this version. Are there any plans to upgrade the parent pom to version 3.0 or higher soon? ]
